About Me
Hi, My name is Saskia, and I am a professional Coach and Consultant.
I have always been passionate about helping people see things from different perspectives in order to understand what is truly important to them.
After studying psychology, I have worked in several strategic HR leadership roles at Google and Tech Startups until I followed my heart and founded my own business.
My intent is to apply my expertise and help people and organisations grow to find ways of looking at things differently (LinkedIn).
I believe strongly that no one size fits all, so I have a very collaborative approach to coaching & consulting, that always looks at the clients needs first. I also believe that humor helps, so I try to make things as light weight, simple and future- oriented as possible.
I have 2 small children and built my business on top of my job as the Head of HR for a Tech startup, so I know a thing or two about juggling priorities and managing time effectively, while trying to put family first.
